Altar Servers
Altar Servers assist the priest and deacons during mass or other liturgies of the church.
Eucharistic Ministers
Assists the priest and deacons in distributing the Eucharist to the people, and with cleaning the Eucharistic vessels after mass. Ministers select weekend mass times and are scheduled throughout the year.
Hospitality Ministers
A vital ministry that reaches out with a greeting of WELCOME! Takes up the collection, carries gifts to the altar, provides order for the communion rite, passes out bulletins at the end of mass, and ensures that the church is placed in order after mass is finished.
Lectors
This ministry proclaims the Word of God during liturgies. Individuals are trained through workshop and certification. Lectors select Sunday Mass times and are scheduled throughout the year.
Liturgical Arts
This committee works to enhance the liturgical church seasons while continuing the focus on the Eucharistic Celebration and Liturgy of the Word. This is done through creation of seasonal art (banners, altar cloths, flowers/plants, paintings, displays, etc) through the unity of community members’ talents.
Liturgy Planning Committee
The function of this group is to plan the liturgical seasons of the church year. The group consists of those who have been trained in liturgy through the Archdiocese of Louisville.
Music - Cantors
Cantors preside during the sung prayer of the church through the psalms and litanies of the liturgy. They lead the assembly in sung prayer.
Music – Choir
Supports and enhances congregational sung prayer during worship. Serves the Sunday liturgies on a rotating basis and also assists in Holy Day masses and other special liturgies.
Music – Instrumentalists
Assists in the leadership and enhancement of the sung prayer of the church through the playing of various instruments.
Bell Choir
Various bell choirs meet starting at 6:15 Pm on Thursday nights in the Church.
Sacristans
Sacristans provide care for the things in the Church. They assist in setting up for mass according to liturgical norms, cleaning up after mass, and providing general care for the things of the worship space.
Mass of the Air
This group fills the ministries of the taped television mass. The roles include lector, choir, and assembly
Vocation Ministries
This Ministry works with the Vocation office of the Archdiocese of Louisville to support such initiatives as the Traveling Vocation Chalice and Dinner with the Archbishop.

Medjugorje Prayer Group
The group meets the third Thursday of every month at 7 PM in the Cotter Center. Evening includes prayer, the rosary, scripture and discussion. Open to everyone.
Seekers Prayer Group
Evening of book discussion and prayer. Meets on the second and the fourth Thursdays of the month at Bill Horn’s house at 7 PM. All are welcome.
