Bereavement Committee
This ministry provides support for those dealing with the death of loved one.
Centro Latino Volunteers
This group of volunteers assists the ministry of the Center by sorting donations and keeping inventory of Center supplies of food and clothing. They also help with projects on an as needed basis.
Arriba Ninos
Volunteers help teach Spanish children to read and speak in English.
Communication / publicity
This effort assists the parish in the communication and publicity of events and services held at Annunciation Church through the use of printed, television, and radio media. It is an evangelization effort based upon hospitality and invitation.
Ministers of Care
Ministers serve the sick and elderly by visits to their homes, hospital, or nursing homes. Eucharistic Ministers take the Holy Eucharist when they visit.
Social Service Committee
This group promotes social service within the parish through various projects such as environmental advocacy, commodities for the poor, legislative advocacy, rice bowl during Lent, and outreach in various ways.
Christmas Store
This effort coordinates the collection and distribution of toys, items of necessity, and food to needy families during December.
Respect Life
This committee works to promote respect for human life, grounded in the dignity of the human person as the image of God. Addresses issues such as: mental and physical disabilities, euthanasia, A.I.D.S., abortion, capital punishment, and abuse.
Transportation Needs
Anyone interested in transporting parishioners to church functions (because of a difficulty with driving) such as Mass, Meetings, Parish functions, etc.
