Responsible for care, repair, and upkeep of church, rectory, and all buildings and grounds.
Reviews the financial activities of the parish. Assembles the fiscal budget and proposes it for Parish Council recommendation to the pastor.
This committee counts the offerings of the parish collections. Members are responsible for making sure moneys are accounted for in each category that offerings are given, such as Sunday envelopes, building fund, special collections, etc.
These volunteers assist in bulletin preparation and with mass mailings that the parish undertakes. These volunteers also assist in any as needed projects.
This group takes care of the grounds by weeding, watering, and planting flowers. They follow the general landscape plan prepared by the chairperson. The areas to be tended are church gardens, the rectory gardens, the landscaping around the Education building, and the Centro Latino landscaping.
This committee facilitates the support of parishioner time, talent, and treasure in the common mission of the church to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ. It also welcomes new parishioners to Annunciation Church with a packet on church activities and organizes social events for new members.
This committee meets the fourth Tuesday of the month. Parish Council is made up of elected parishioners and committee representatives.
